electrical problems Ford F-150 Ford

been working on my truck for 3 days because I
went to unplug the cigarette lighter and when I
reconnected it truck didn't want to turn over went
through the grounds found a bad ground fixed the
ground and changed out my terminals nothing
then put new solenoid new battery cables and
terminals new starter soleniod changed out of one
relay for the PCM and 3 mini fuses for the PCM
and nothing still can't get truck to crank prior to
this about a month ago I changed my alternator
because it went bad don't know if it had anything
to do with it

When you say the truck didn't want to turn over, do you mean the key is dead, nothing happens when you turn it to start? Or, the engine spins normally when you turn to start, but the engine fails to start?

I've got the battery unplugged now because of a constant clicking coming form the fuse box inside my truck I pulled the relay slot making the clicking sound and with the relay out its still remains clicking

A clicking solenoid is an indication it is bad, there is not proper voltage to start the vehicle, or the solenoid is not properly grounded to the fender well, usually. As for the clicking from the fuse box, you stated you removed the relay and it is still clicking? Don't believe the relay can remain clicking if not receiving power from the battery.
