99 Ford F-150 5.4

Once truck is warm it starts to run like shit
but no lights come on(check engine light) but
when I first start it it’s fine for like 10 min

Check your cooling system first. The vehicle may be overheating. Has the engine coolant been changed in the last 19 years? After the engine reaches operating temp, via idling, check that coolant is flowing through the system. It is possible the water pump is not pumping and there is no leaking.

It’s not over heating at all engine runs at normal temp. I think I might have found the problem. The engine oil was low...
