Hard start when block is cold

When block is cold will not start,it will
almost drain the battery,then it'll start.
Once it has started,it will start right up,if
I let it sit till the block is cold is when it
doesn't want to start right up.

You may need to tune up the engine. If you live in a cold area you may want to install a block heater and have your battery load tested. A battery heater can also help a lot when starting cold.
