Is engine turning over or are you just hearing a click?

No. You have to drop the tank. Best thing to do is get a fuel pressure gauge and see what you have for pressure. Could be a weak pump or bad fuel pressure regulator. You seem to definitely have a fuel delivery issue.

I took off two wire plug off coil , one terminal turns test light on a second after you turn key on and slightly dims flash when turning over , other terminal does not light up test light

I put a test light on the plug to the coil , one terminal lights up a second after turning the key on and slightly dims while turning over engine , the second terminal does not light up test light , i also pulled wire from plug and i see no spark , is the (icm) bad or is the coil bad
