OK. Here is what we should look at. Check/Replace Engine AirCleaner/filter. Fuel pump operation and fuel pressure regulator. Check/Clean/Test for Voltage drop: NEG Battery Cable/connections. Check Emissions and Engine Control System Components. Thanks.
