1994 f150 won't start?

My 1994 F150 won't start it clicks and that is it. It has a
brand new battery and starter and a new ground wire it has
started after i replaced all of that

Make sure ALL electrical connections are clean and tight , The starter may be a P.O.S. out of the box . Check for a voltage drop in the starter feed wire , I wouldn't think the motor is seized
