1994 F150 wanders at highway speeds

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

You have to constantly adjust the steering wheel to stay in the road. Front end
alignment, tie rods, main drag link, steering box, and ball joints are good.

Clearly something is not right. Either there are worn parts or the alignment is off.

Might have too much toe out. It doesn't take much.

When you make steering adjustments while driving, do you feel any play in the steering wheel where no response to input is received? If so, there is something wrong with steering/suspension components. There should be no dead play.
