change rear ends even if it's a short to a long bed

I have a 1994 Ford F150 4x4 short bed I
want to know can I put my rear in a 94 long
bed

Just want to know if they're interchangeable and what kind of rear end they are

For your model truck and year, you probably have an 8.8" rear end. These have the c/clip axles and come with 28 or 31 splines. The bed type really makes no difference. The axle housing should bolt right up. You may want to compare the tag on the housing to see what gear ratios you have going into the new truck.
