94 ford f150 5.0 wont start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

While i was driving my truck lost power like it had
ran out of gas even tho i had a almost full tank. I
had a dewalt jumper on me so i thought maybe the
altinator but when checked it was fine. So i tried
staring it and all it does it start turning over but will
not start i tried spraying staring fluid into it and still
nothing. I have checked the coil and spark plugs
and they all have a spark. I dont understand why it
wont start can any one help me out?

Did you ever figure this out? Im having the same if not similar problem. Im stuck. Only car i have. Lost my job now. Any ideas will help
