Revs but little to no power.

Asked by David Sep 01, 2020 at 09:45 AM about the 1994 Ford F-150 XL LB

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So when I give my truck gas to speed up quick while driving
it will rev up, but it starts losing power, i can't pass anyone,
and it tops out at 65 mph.
I've replaced
Plugs
Wires
Distributor
Fuel lines
Fuel pump
Fuel filter
Injectors
Injector fuel rail
Throttle position sensor
Mass air flow sensor
Air filter
And Vacuum lines
Did I miss something?
One of my car buddies said transmission, but another one
said it could be that the person before me chop the
exhaust. I just want to know where I should go to next.

I’ve got a 1994 f-150xl 5.0L with two hundred and eleven thousand miles on it I’ve got the exact same problem could it have something to do with the second cable that hooks up to the throttle cable?
