How to get my 4 wheel drive into netural

I have a  93  f150 manuel. Transmission. My 4 wheel drive shifter n the floor is
broke and stuck into  4 liw. If I could get the shifter into netural or 2 wheel I
could drive it!

You won't drive it anywhere in Neutral! Find a new or used shifter, I don't see any other option unless the old one can be welded.
