93 f150 ran completely out of gas when i put gas back in truck power feels hesitent

okay so my 93 f150 ran completely out of gas the
one day and I got a gas can and put gas in but my
truck wasn't running right, I bought that seafoam
stuff and dumped it in and I think it worked but I
can still feel that I don't have as much power to the
gas pedal as I should. anyone know why this could
be happening ?
