It will not, on the 1992 ford F-150 the following trannies were used: Automatic AOD 5.0 L, E4OD was used on the 5.0 l as well as the 4.9

The c6 was also used in 92 but we're rare. The vehicles to look at for trannys would be the full size trucks f 150 250 n 350 full size broncos 87-95 should be the same and the econoline vans again 1987-1995 on all models. Now something else you can do is when you go to ur local salvage yard you can ask for the interchange which that will point you in the right direction.
