the passenger side window will work on the way down but to get it to go up you have to use the drivers side control. Is this an easy fix and how is it done?

i would agree with the switch since the master control can run the window, the only trick now is to get at the switch without destroying plastic, some of them require a few tricks to pry them out in the right places

Remove the door panel from the door then locate the attachment screws which hold the switching mechanism to the arm rest. Look on the underside and see if you can determine how the individual switch is removed. Or you can go to the internet or parts store, view the switch and determine how it is attached.
