What is "clicking". the Air, or starter?

hen you start the car it clicks immediately and then stops after a minute or two.

Bad battery connections is my guess. Clean and tighten the terminals and cable ends.

Still unclear where you're hearing the clicking. If you hear the starter clicking, you may need a new starter if your battery is good. If you're hearing the clicking from inside the cab, chances are it's your air vent actuators have gone bad which is VERY common when the battery is disconnected and re-connected.
