Well you will need a engine hoist(cherry picker), floor jack, jack stands, and a lot of hand or air tools. Drain the cooling system and unhook the radiator and heater hoses, drain the transmission cooler and lines, remove the radiator, unhook and drain the power steering pump and hoses, remove the air box, throttle linkage, fuel lines and a lot of wiring. Unbolt the transmission, motor mounts, hook up the cherry picker and take it out. If you have never done this before it will take most of a day or weekend.
