2003 ford explorer sport trac,when I;m doing between 60&80 and give it the gas hard,the truck is slughish,no power. the same on hills .could it be a plug converter or something else

if you could disengage the sport-trac you would not have this problem...application of the brakes involuntarily does not very high in my book...all in the name of better handling....clearly the speed sensors on each wheel are not telling the computer the correct info...what you must do is inspect the wheel sensors for the "sport trac"~
