Is the wiring harness for the towing package on an f250 one piece for the length of the truck?

Asked by GuruXMBKZ Aug 04, 2019 at 09:16 AM about the 2005 Ford F-250 Super Duty Lariat Crew Cab LB 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I am not getting power to the running lights on my trailer. All other lights working. No power to that single wire at all. 2005 F250 SD, crew cab long bed. I can't find a break in the wire, a plug or a fuse/relay. Is the wiring harness one piece all the way to the panel? Most of the aftermarket replacements show a flat connector that I can find on my truck. Does anyone know if it has one? Is this not fused? Can anyone help?

Fuse #38 in the cabin power panel (20A Mini) fixed the power, still had to replace the vehicle side harness with a Curt model # 56229. More worked then I expected, but it got done.
