2005 super duty, heater is set at 90 degrees, blows air but is not hot

I would suspect the thermostat failed stuck open. Is your coolant topped off and nothing leaking?

Possible air in the cooling system. Is the engine temperature gauge at the normal level? You may also want to flush the cooling system in case the heater core is plugged up.
