Coolant fan

The coolant fan on my 97 f250 with 351 is
running all thhe time and preventing my
collant from warming up so I can have heat.
What do I need to do to fix this.

the fan is on a clutch that's on the front of the motor and is going to spin as long as the motor's running , check the thermostat and see if both hoses going into the cabin from the engine bay are the same temp. , it reaches operating temp. right ?

Just replaced thermostat last spring cause no heat last winter. If im sitting still when its cold out it will get to bottom line of warm maybe a little over but as soon as I move I lose all heat.
