I have a 1997 f250 won’t start

It is a 7.3  it cranks but won’t turn over and when I put the key in the radio
doesn’t work and the windows won’t go up or down

I have been and how does it make sense that it not starting affect the radio in the window is not working

The cigarette lighter and the headlights and the lights that say my highbeams are on but not showing light behind the speedometer or anything else
