Gauges loosing power

I have a 2003 Ford F-250 super duty with a 6.0 liter
engine and when driving down the road the
gauges will loose all power and the radio goes
dead and windows will not roll down or up then will
come back on and then keep doing the same
thing. I already replaced the gauge cluster and the
same problem still is happening. I don’t know
where to look for the problem please someone

Mine was a wire next the the shifter on steering column the casing rubs off and shortens out the dash
