Door locks don't work with remote key

The door locks don't work using the Remote Key, the lights go on and off
indicating the signal has been received but the locks won't operate.

There is a wire harness when you open door inside rubber boot, black wire probably broke. You need to splice it

did this work ??? i have the same issue, i changed the locking pump and still the same issue?? maybe we need to synchronize the key fob ??

I just have the same issue my car is Mercedes 2002 S320, my doors are not opening with the remote? please whoever has a detail solutions I need them urgently
