My 1995 s500 has 58000 miles. It has
recently started to turn off when it
reaches operating temperatures and
it feels as if it is out of timing and will
be hard to start it again until it cools
off. Operating temperature is about
80 degrees Celsius as per indicator in
the cluster. Wiring was replaced
thinking that it was the culprit. Any
help? Please? Thanks!

It seems it is the ignition control module. Legend says that non-oem sparks and voltage regulators can cause this. Make sure your part number matches. They look alike but will or may not work. There are some interchangeable numbers though. Research carefully. Working on replacing the ignition control module, non-resistor oem sparks and oem voltage regulator.
