Mercedes E320 wont turn over unless jumped with other vehicle. Batterries are charged and everything elkse works

Car runs fine after jump starting but won't turn over again after driving.

Get the alternator and battery load tested. Might not be charging while driving around, leaving battery too run down to restart.
