Car keep tremblings when I hit gas?

Car makes a lot of rumbling and trembling noise when I accelerate the car.

Could anything from bad coil pack with misfire to loose/worn engine mounts. If possible check for codes and see if there is if there is any irregular movement at idle with a bit of rev on the gas. Good Luck!
