Hello there, easy fix and cheap, you probably have the I6 engine. While changing the ignition switch, you unhooked the battery right? Try turning on the AC, same problem right? This is what caused your problem, the battery disconnection. Disconnect fuses #10 and #28 under the hood, remove the throttle body, clean it with a sensor safe spray like Seafoam with nylon brush and or a rag only. Yes you can re-use the little hard plastic O-ring, many times over. This will solve your problem, it is a pretty common issue for our platform.
