2007 Honda accord 187,000 miles is Valvoline 5w 20 max life engine oil

My accord is consuming some oil so I'm trying to
find a good option.

Burning oil is normal especially around 187,000 miles. Otherwise, your car runs fine? However, if I were you, I'd seriously consider selling the car and switching to a later model vehicle.

Yes run fine otherwise. Is there a recommended brand of oil Valvoline Maxx life non synthetic to use?
