Fuel system cleaning for 2007 Honda Accord

Firestone likes to "upsell" me on various services. I track when I do my various maintenance services to ensure I do them at proper increments. I have a 2007 Honda Accord, 94,000 miles. Firestone is recommending something called a "Fuel System Cleaning" for $94.99. I last did this about 25,000 miles ago on Feb. 22, 2013. Question: Is this necessary and if so, how often do I need it done?

I did this. I did not see any difference in performance. I do not think it is really worth for $95.
