Vibration at high speeds

When I jacked up the car as soon as it was lifted
the bottom of my tired went inward, vibrates above
50 mph. Any idea what needs replaced

My first guess would be a badly worn ball joint. If you can literally see the wheel moving that much when you raise the vehicle the vehicle is NOT safe to drive. Have it checked out immediately! Hope that helps! Jim
