You can get a new dash board but they are normally labor intensive to install. Might check into one of the new style dash covers that are made just for your year, make and model of car. They are only about forty dollars or so and you can put it on yourself. They look pretty good for the price. Can order them at local auto parts stores or on eBay.

we own Toyota Solara and dashboard is cracking everywhere. It is a manufacture defect and Toyota should take care of it!!! we also own a Lexus with the same issue and just today after several months and many postings and facebook page they agreed to recall these cars. Now Toyota should do the same. Don't give up if you didn't already.
