how to remove inside door grab?

driver side inside door grab loose. have removed two screws but still not able to remove from door?

You must remove the entire door panel. There are two capped screws (over by the mirror) and then use a panel puller (you can get one at an auto parts store - or use a putty knife) and pull the panel from the metal door skin, there will be electrical connections to the door light, switches and speaker that you will have to disconnect to fully remove the door panel and consequently the handle.
