Make sure battery has a full charge and battery connections all good. In the diagram you can see all the fuses, checking the fuses is great, but, also, use a test lite and check voltage on fuse circuit. Even if fuse is good, if no voltage the circuit is still dead. Do you see starter relay? Can you unplug it? The reason I asked, the diagram for the relay doesn't show any terminal numbers, sometimes that means the relay is soldered into the fuse box, and you can't pull it out. Two voltage circuits at starter terminal, one is hot all the time, comes from battery. The other circuit goes hot with key in the crank position and the relay is energized. The starter motor should ground through the engine block. Any testing at starter motor make sure tranny is in park or neutral and parking brake is set.
