'05 Trailblazer runs rough loss of power & oil pressure

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I've replaced all spark plugs, checked
the injectors, vac lines, EGR, Volt. Reg.,
Alt. & wiring, comp. oil press. switch, &
ECM fuses... & butter my buns & call
me a biscuit, but NOTHING has fixed
the issue.

would there happen to be a hole in the exhaust somewhere? that can cause a loss of power

I dont see that u have replaced the fuel filter, on the other hand I would have the timing checked.

Hi there. We don't have an EGR on our platform. Have you cleaned the throttle body? Oil pressure loss could be bad, but most of the times it's the pressure switch located right above the oil filter. If it has oil on it, it's bad. I'd replace it anyway, cheap, compared to oil pump, outch!
