Does a radiator build up natural pressure after cooling overnight?

Having replaced my radiator 5 days ago, I check it constantly now after the engine cools. During day usage, I
do a quick look and notice that the overflow reservoir coolant level rises a little above F. Before driving this
morning, the reservoir was right at F. Opening the radiator cap released a little pressure and the coolant was
up to the neck. Is everything normal? Having done this replacement myself I want to be sure. Thanks for
answers.

Yes, that's fine. As the coolant get's hot and expands, any excess will purge itself back into the jug causing it to rise. As it cools and everything contracts, it will suck coolant back in from the bottle. As long as your temp gauge stays in the normal range, everything should be good.
