Stalling out and dying

2002 Tacoma V6 sometimes we'll run a week
sometimes will only run 15 minutes before it stalls
starts jerking and finally dies it also pops and
cracks like popcorn I guess maybe backfiring We
have replaced the throttle position sensor and
mass air flow sensor ECU and the catalytic
converters no change at all help

Have you hooked up an OBD2 scanner? How did you know to replace those other parts? Do you smell fuel at all when it's running? how many miles on the rig? Sometimes - the injectors can leak creating this problem. When you replaced the MAF sensor did you use an OEM one ? sometimes the aftermarket ones are junk out of the box. Maybe go to a junk yard and get a used one and just try it out. Wouldn't hurt. How about your coil packs? Spark plugs? Lots of things but you should have a trouble code if it's stalling out and backfiring. Backfiring is the fuel not igniting and getting shot out the hot exhaust. Which - could point to a bad coil pack/spark plug.
