Car won't start

The past couple of days my car would start
one time when I tried but then the next time
it won't. When it doesn't start you can hear
grinding and clicking noises in the dash
board , I just got a new battery so that's not
the problem...  Any ideas??

grinding would be the starter or flywheel damaged. does it sound as loud as a circular saw??

    Car turns over like it's not getting gas. Feul pump and filter works. Change sensor and put feul pressure regulator on same out come.
