How do I replace my old dull looking headlight assemby on a 2003 rav4 chili.

There's some condensation on 2003 rav4 chili edition headlight that I'm willing to spend a hundred bucks or two to replace it. Step by step instruction would be very helpful. Thanks

OK to tell you is hard. for you to see is easy.
