Bigger tires on my 2005 Equinox

Looking 2 put larger, primarily wider & more
aggressive, tires on my 2005 Equinox. Stock 16"
rims. Stock size is 235/65/16...
How big can I go with no modification???
How big can I go with 1" wheel spacers???
How big can I go with 2" wheel spacers???
Not concerned with speedometer calibration...

I just put cooper a/t's in a 235/70r16 on our carpool rig. Thats 1 inch bigger in diameter and they clear the coils and don't rub at all.
