Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Was supposed to be disengaged after I
made my last payment. Well I went and got
the box taken off and it took him all of 3 min
to take the box from my ignition. Well after
he took it off it started, but after we left the
dealer went to a gas station got gas and
tried to restart car and the lock signal came
on and it even says lock on my radio! What
do I need to do to get it out of theft lock?
Please help asap!

Call them back and ask to reset lock!

My 2013 Equinox LT is at my mechanic as I write about this stalling at the stop light and check engine light issue. I called you make appointment at my Chevy dealer and I wanted to charge me $160 per diagnosis in other words 160 for the check engine light 160 for the stalling issue and that would not go towards the payment of the repair. I live in Honolulu Hawaii and it's super expensive here on the island. I was referred to a reputable mechanic he's out on his own and he's going to see what he can do clean throttle body, oil consumption test, Solenoid, camshaft, mass flow air sensor, torque converter, or actuator valve. I am in a pickle as his car is paid for and I don't think I can get the money out of it that I want to sell. I am leaving the island in three months so I'm not sure what I'm going to do
