Do you mean the "brake light switch"? They are on the brake pedal arm on most vehicles. Some cars have a "brake pressure sensor" which is sometimes mounted near the master cylinder.
I see rockauto.com shows a brake pedal switch (1994 TOYOTA PREVIA 2.4L L4 : Electrical-Switch & Relay : Brake Light Switch) --- it's located on the brake pedal arm above the rubber brake pedal cover.
