My truck only starts when I take out and and put the starter relay back.

Every once in awhile my truck will have absolutely no charge, i am not able
to turn on any lights or do anything that requires power. I have tested the
battery multiple times and discovered that it is fully charged each time.
Usually I am able to get power back and get my truck running once i
remove the starter relay and put it back in. I am not sure why this happens
and I have no clue how to fix it.
