How can I fix the illumination of the heater control and instrument panel on a 92 paseo.? I have changed fuses and this did not help.

Hi Cles, It is probably the bulbs that burned out. The bulbs are located behind the dash (behind the heater control panel.) You would have to unscrew the dash and install the replacement bulbs.
