1992 Cressida brake lights

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 92 cessida brake lights don´t function. I have reasonable mechanical skills so I checked the bulbs, all are ok. I also checked the fuse and replaced it anyway with a new one. I pulled the brake light switch and checked with a ohm meter and short light. It´good.
The tailight warning light is on all the time. Is there a fuse, censor or someother possible cause(other than wiring) that I am missing. Thanks for any help you might be able to give.

Hi Kuna, This being an electrical issue I would also take a peek at your relays. However, by your previous testing it does seems that this may boil down to a problem with your wiring. Maybe something is pinched or the insulation has been burnt off and its grounding. Good luck!
