What causes white smoke besides head gasket?

I have a 1991 Corolla that was given by a family member. It loses coolant and a
little bit of white smoke comes out of the exhaust. But there is no coolant with
the oil, the car doesn't overheat, and runs perfectly fine so idk if it is a head
gasket problem or not.

I should also note that there's apparently a pinhole leak in the radiator. I have noticed a bit of steam coming out of that region but not much, and not all the time

There are different degrees of a blown head gasket that don't necessarily cause cross contamination. You may also have a partially blown intake gasket. The best way to check the head gaskets is with a compression test. You can buy, rent, or borrow the gauge at any auto parts stores (a lot of them will loan the tool out free in exchange for your business).
