Now days less and less. But it depends on mileage and age, go buy the maintenance schedule at very least, if its driven hard do those sooner. Oil & Filter, Check all hoses for issues. If its time for fuel filter change it out too.

Check coolant and all fluid levels and change/flush when needed. Basically a tune up used to include a total check of everything while looking for issues, even light bulbs out, belts bad/frayed, loose wires, vacuum lines bad, blown fuses, leaks, you name it check it.
