05 cobalt ss I dont know if the clutch is stuck or what

My cobalt broke down last night I think the clutch
is stuck cause I put it in first and started to go then
it to a second to go. Well it's in front a church broke
down I can roll it around or anything it's like its
locked up but I cant crank it up and not use the
clutch to shift gears and I smell burning clutch the
whole time.

It does sound like a clutch or a clutch related problem. If you can get it to start moving by starting it cold and very carefully easing it into first gear you might be able to limp it home or to a shop. But if that doesn't work its tow truck time.

Yeah I unfortunately think it might be trans or cv axle I'm hoping cv
