What do I do when my tail lights blow a fuse every time i turn the head lights on and in turn blinkers won't work. I have changed the bulbs and fuses.

Look for bad bulb sockets, wires with bad spots shorting out, or bad switches, wires tied into those wires or fuse placement meant to run some add-on like fog lights some one added and did a bad job.
