What could be wrong?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The wire at the top of my alternator has
corroded/shorted. The cars battery lights came
on and off for a few days. Eventually lost ABS
then about a day later the whole car wasn’t
wanting to shift, stay in gear, move etc… Online
says Charging system error. I am not a car smart
guy. Please help lol.

If that’s the case then have a pro fix it. Even a travel mechanic can probably fix this vehicle.
