Cooling system forcing all fluids out the overflow bottle

I purchased this car in 4/2019, with 248,000 miles on it. Now that I have
273,000 the car is forcing all fluids out through the Overflow Bottle. To date: I
have replaced the Thermostat, Upper Radiator Hose, Radiator, Removed the
Thermostat, did a flush of the Cooling System, then Water Pump. Now the old
Water Pump looks like it was the Original one, I believe the fan blades were binding up due to the bearing (Thereby slowing down the flow??) The Upper
and Lower Radiator hoses are almost the same temperature, (The Upper
Hose is warmer). After replacing the Water Pump I refilled the fluids wit a
gallon of concentrated coolant and about a half gallon of Ionized water. Car
still flows out the Overflow Bottle?? Please Help me.....
